Of course, all those dining at the balcony are part of the “neighborhood” list, which in turn are all part of the Bethesda list. I thought it might be interesting to see what we attract over time!

Around Bethesda

6/17 Biked through Cabin John park today and it was a biking disappointment – hardly any paved trails to ride. I stopped a couple times to see what birds were around and most of them were things Id see on the balcony. I did see a brown creeper, which I haven’t seen in years, probably since my first one that added it to my lifelist. Other than that, lots of robins, cardinals, and sparrows. A couple of chipmunks.Great Seneca park in Gaithersburg is a much better morning ride, from the paved roads, to the birds, to the wildlife. I may have to drive up there next weekend morning that’s as nice as this one.
